Praying mantis enjoying her breakfast on a seedum plant
I was watering our flowers at our home in Virginia when I spotted this female praying mantis on the hunt, and then captured this photo when she was enjoying her catch, a carpenter bee. It was wonderful to watch her, a beautiful circle of life.
