Preening White Ibis
This preening White Ibis has a pinkish cast to it because of the morning light. There is a very small park with trees that hang over a canal and all sorts of birds are attracted to that little piece of paradise. This White Ibis was resting on the bough of an Australian Pine tree which was hanging its branch over the water. White Ibis are typical to South Florida and are under special interest protection since removal from the imperiled species list by FWC.
