this is inside "Kaaloa's Super J's". "Super J's" makes the best lau lau in the State of Hawaii! Every time I am in Kona, i order a dozen pork lau lau and a couple chicken ones for the no-pork eaters. They take piece of meat, wrap in taro leaves, wrap in Ti leaves and steam. YUM YUM they are so so delicous.
