Preparing a Sweet Snack in Colca Canyon
A native Peruvian woman cuts a piece of Tuna - otherwise known as Prickly Pear or Cactus Fruit - in a remote traditional village in Colca Canyon, one of the world's deepest river canyons. If I had to describe the taste of Tuna Fruit, I would say it's a cross between mango, watermelon, and bubble gum. In other words, delicious!
