My son seems to be very empathic and always expresses concern for others. Some think that he is a sensitive child. He wears his feelings on his sleeve. I wanted to capture the up and down feelings of the preschooler's life. This is symbolic of our adult feelings during the pandemic from good moments to cherish to days we aren't in the mood to deal with life that day.
