priest is sitting and resting alongside the ganga river bank in prayagraj during the kumbh mela on the occasion of mauni amavasya ,it is one of the holiest bath in kumbh and one is said to get away with all his/her sins by taking that bath. Priest is in a deep thought probably thinking about the sins he got away with.
