Common toad (Bufo bufo) is a very common amphibian species, belonging to the Bufonidae family. Compared to other amphibians species it even resists short drought periods, thanks to its coriaceous skin. It’s not difficult to meet them in the woods or even near houses, but the best time to meet them is during rainy days.
