This was a "rock" just off the private beach near a good friends family vacation home. When the tide comes in it becomes a small island, and I almost got trapped on it my first night there when I wasn't paying attention to the tide as I watched a stunning sunset from one of the cliffs facing the ocean. With the petrified forest and the incoming tide, it was too good an opportunity to pass up a shot like this!
