Puget Sound Garter Snake
Rare Hyperxanthic Garter Snake. Yellow pigment is rare in snakes. I noticed this reptile at a nature park and thought it was yellowish for a garter snake. Someone else noticed too and sent its data and photo to reptile specialists and biologists. It turns out this is the only hyperxanthic Puget Sound Garter Snake in the world.
