Pyramids of al burkel

The Pyramids of Nuri, also known as the Pyramids of El-Kurru or the Pyramids of Barkal, but specifically the Pyramids of Barkal are a group of ancient pyramids located in the city of Barkal in northern Sudan. These pyramids were built in the 3rd century BC and were used as tombs for kings and leaders in the Kingdom of Kush. The pyramids of Barkal are characterized by their unique design and beautiful architecture. The pyramids are made of sandstone and granite. There are over 220 pyramids at the site. The pyramids of Barkal are one of the most important archaeological sites in Sudan and attract visitors from all over the world
