Rain and Sunset from Bandera Mountain
A mid work week hike turned into a spectacle as we approached the summit of Bandera Mountain in Washington's North Cascades. The last rays of the sun creeping in through the valley were accented by the rain from a storm cloud moving in. The rain looked like laser beams coming down from the heavens and I've never seen anything quit like this before in my hiking/ mountaineering career.
