Rainbow at the Salt Pond Park is located in Hanapepe Kauai. The parks named after it’s shallow protected pools, crystal clear water, natural fringing reefs (causes the water to be calm here) and salt that is produced naturally (used for various medicinal and cooking needs). The beach is a great spot to snorkel because of the reasons listed above.
