The photograph is showing Quadra Island, one of the Discovery Islands in British Columbia, Canada. The wooden figure in the front was part of an exhibition of traditional Native American art created by indigenous people living in the area. While waiting for a ferry to get to my hotel on Quadra it started to rain. After a while a huge rainbow appeared over the water. Together with the dark clouds and the sunlit wooden figure of a Native American chief it created a very mystic atmosphere.
