I have taken this image during Kolkata Rainbow Pride Walk (KRPW). It is the oldest pride walk in India and South Asia. Transgender people, from all around the country, continue facing a series of backlashes and disapprovals from different parts of society, even after the introduction of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act. The walk is held to strengthen the voice for equality for all.
