At some point I started to shoot flowers in black and white isolating them from their environment. This particular flower was the only one of my collection that its photograph took place under the rain in the mountain. Under the fear of not getting my camera wet, I was so overwhelmed by its beauty and its wilderness that I was examine it throughout the whole time I took the pictures. The mountain was full with this flower and I tried in the rain to find the one that was more "alive" and in good shape. This one was the winner!
