On a rainy Labor Day morning at a farm just outside of Lawrence, Kansas, the sunflowers are at full bloom. With thousands of sunflowers in the field, the farmers invite onlookers to take a sunflower -- towering at 5 feet tall or more -- for a "honor system" donation of $1 each.
