during the past two years due to the pandemic despite what we went through ,we have to learned get along with the existing hardships and inconveniences. we have learned to love ,respect each other and be kind to one another. we learned that sometimes being alone isn't the worst thing. we might have even needed this time alone to gather our thoughts and feel grateful for what we have. we all went through an emotional roller coaster .due to mask wearing obligations we don't really get to see each others faces ,right? we're not able to read people's expressions , know how they feel and react the way we used to. it's the same with mental health and the fact that pandemic has had a great impact on metal health is imperceptible.so ,we have to take action and "read above the lines"!
