Reading & Northern steam locomotive in the Lehigh Gorge
On Labor Day weekend, 2016, two friends and I biked into the Lehigh Gorge in east-central Pennsylvania to photograph the steam locomotive pulling tourist passenger trains. The trains run throughout the year, but with steam on only a few weekends. In this photo, the engine pulls its train back towards the town of Jim Thorpe.
