Coming from the desert Southwest, I was amazed at the all of the water I encountered in the Pacific Northwest on my photographic tour. People actually traveled by water in boats, barges, ferries, yachts, and more. Here, at the Lake Quinault Lodge in Olympic National Park, canoes were ready and waiting for anyone who wanted to in-JOY a little oaring around the lake.
