Fort Jefferson, at Dry Tortugas National Park, off the coast of Key West, FL is a place my wife and I have planned to visit for a long time. We were finally able to make the trip and the day couldn't have been any better. Exploring the fort is a real history lesson, and we capped it off by snorkeling around the perimeter wall, surrounded by tropical fish and coral species!
