I stayed in Lo Manthang, a village in Upper Mustang region of Nepal, for three nights in April '16 whilst on a solo trek. Fascinated by the livelihood of people of that region I set about documenting their daily life. The majority of people there work as farmers. Barley is one of the staple crops they sow and reap.
