Rearing Moroccan Horse

Essaouira, Morocco, is known for strong winds and its many surfers flocking the beach, but it's also a place where camels and horses hold a significant presence. As I walked along the shoreline, a group of young men on horseback approached me and followed me for a while, eager to convince me into doing one of their guided tours. They were showing off their skills, including impressive stunts like rearing up on their hind legs. Although I chose not to participate in any horseback riding, I saw my opportunity in photographing more than just the typical tourist experience. Instead, I believe the photograph shows the essence of Moroccan youth and culture in a more nuanced and unique way.
