Reaz & His Bahadur
During summer season the Padma river-bed gets dry. The dried up bed of the river is now good for horse cart-riding. Riaz Ali (37) lives in Pabna, a district of western Bangladesh. During dry season he totally depends on his horse-driven passenger-carrying cart for his livelihood. He gets 700-800 taka per day with his own strength and his own two years old horse, named Bahadur. They work so hard every day. In monsoon Reaz gets alternative sources of livelihood.
