The man was a devotee and offering his homage to God by lying on the street and praying on the auspicious day of the festival of "Chhat" . This is a ritual known as "Dandi". Suddenly a car came and stopped just in front of him . It seemed that the devotee with a red cloth on his head challenged the car in a duel .
