Red Chile Processing
In a vast open field of Panchagarh, farmers are busy processing red chilies. All around, there are countless chile fields scattered across the landscape. Fresh red chilies are harvested from the fields and then dried under the open sun. Step by step, this is how these vibrant and spicy red chilies are prepared for use as a spice.
