Living in southern CA I have seen many sunsets. But none compare before or since I have seen this incredible sunset. I was biking along Venice Beach when I stopped to witness this sunset, as it was breathtaking. I felt like I was in the right place at the right time, and knew this was something very special. It was so incredible to look at it brought tears to my eyes. This photo represents what I see as my perfect sunset. All the elements came together on their own. I felt honored to witness the beauty of the earth on full display. This photo is by far my favorite photo I have ever taken. I keep coming back to it as it gives me great peace and calm inside. So personally, it means a great deal to me. Because not only do I get to remember this sunset visually, it also lets me remember how I felt.
