The photo is of a 200 year old British Building deliberately left untouched so that nature could take over. This forms a part of a larger scheme for a Garden being designed in the city of Bangalore. A old British jail is converted or given to nature to get engulfed and be transformed. In a way it is nature's chance for redemption.
