With the silence and peacefulness of freediving this reef shark (Carcharhinus perezii) swam towards me in what appeared to be slow motion, a quiet, calming and natural interaction with multiple passes made by the shark. Although freediving has its limitations it also has many major advantages, including a reduction in noise encouraging sea life closer to your camera.
