I’m sending this self-portrait to my beautiful daughter in Florida, telling her that I did a surgery for her but unfortunately I didn’t work well and I lost my memory but I really do love her. I was in severe mental pain, So I went for an Experimental brain surgery in Houston which they said it takes the depression away. The doctor during the surgery mistakenly cut a vein in my brain so I lost memory.
