My visit to the small community of Pond Inlet was cut short, as the sea ice was rapidly closing in. If the ship hadn’t left quickly, we probably would have been stuck! Nature is powerful, and we so often take it for granted. On the bright side, I enjoyed an afternoon at sea with beautifully reflected landscapes such as this one.
