Reflexes and Reflections

A mom and her children observe a group of gorillas through the glass. The reflex of the children overlapping the gorilla represents the deep truth that we share the same fountain of consciousnesses with other beings. The glass is the symbol of the dishonest wall we put from ourselves and the other beings/nature, creating indifference - although the reflexes cannot hide the truth. Those children looked amazed with the gorillas, but what legacy are we letting for them in terms of human-nature relationship? What will be the values and perspectives of this upcoming generation about the other beings: will the disconnection motivate their desire of reconnection, or will they grow in indifference?
