This was an old homestead that I had been wanting to take for a number of years. The property is large and only accessible by the property owners permission. I was able to contact the owners via property details and facebook contact, they were happy for me to go onto their property as long as I provided them photos. I spent a night taking the star-trails and milky way shots that worked out brilliantly.
