Resting

Hummingbirds fly very fast. To maintain this busy lifestyle, these birds must consume 6 times their own weight in calories. I decided to hang a feeder for these birds on my bedroom window. To my surprise, several hummingbirds appeared and an even bigger surprise was when I discovered that they don't like to share their nectar. This little fellow drank the sugary water, but was on guard, to chase away any other bird that tried to get close.
