I took this shot riding passenger to the McCall Winter Carnival in Idaho. It was freezing cold out, but the dogs were loving letting their ears flap in the wind. I left the windows down, chattered my teeth and bundled up because the pups were happy- well worth the discomfort! When I looked in the side mirror I saw how regal the two of them looked and knew I must capture this moment! To me this picture represents freedom- the freedom to hit the open road and breathe in the mountain air!
