Revolution in Seeking Freedom
Obviously, one can see the women dressed in a peacock-print bathingsuit, makeup and hair done to fit the character of a bird. The signification of her holding a slightly opened birdcage, as well as the longing emotion behind the womens expression on her face, signifies the yearning for freedom. I visioned her as the 'Mama Bird' or the 'Queen Bird' starting a revolution to free her subjects from the cage society entraps everyone in.
