A group of women work in a rice mill where the process of rice drying takesplace after steaming during the hot summer months. The patterns and shapes that are brought out by workers in a rice mill during the manual rice drying process are quite amazing. They move in total synchronisation,the effect of years of daily practice and an unknown bond exists between them everyone knows which position to take in the various steps that are involved in the drying process.This was taken at a village in West Bengal, India.
