The Sun Mountain resort is a beautiful place in east Washington. I visit it many years ago. My husband never did. We always said that someday we'd visit together. The opportunity came last year. We usually take a week off in early July for vacation. Last year, because of COVID, we can't do it the normal way so we decided to do a day-trip to the Sun Mountain. We left home early in the morning and stopped at places on the road and 4 hours later we arrived! We went in the lodge restaurant and got some food and walked the grounds outside. We saw a team of riders and I took a picture of them. They walked slowly and it was so peaceful.
