I wanted to have a punch photo of my dreams since I am big fan of boxing. I went outside and punched 270 lbs or 120 kg strike training dummy with different boxing punches, this right uppercut body blow ended up best looking. I wanted to capture the exact moment of the impact. In the photo you can see the punch connecting and the dummy sent jolting backwards, especially its head from a body blow and the water tank rising from the grass. This is beginning of the force impulse curve, from there the punch's momentum transferred from my body to the dummy and the dummy was knocked backwards even more.
