I had the privilege of traveling to Darwin, Australia with National Geographic Explorer Zeb Hogan to photograph bull sharks, whip rays, and sawfish. Amazingly we encountered all these fish 100 miles from the sea in a freshwater river. While practicing caution around these predatory species it was the saltwater crocodiles in the river that caused the most concern.
