Behind a metro station, this lady runs a simple hotel that serves hot, home type food. She is a one woman show, running between the hot, coal fired oven and the kitchen - kneading dough or cooking a few dishes. She works till early hours of the morning, without a break. I was attracted by the hot and cool lighting of the scene, besides the seriousness of the lady working the dough.
