This photo was taken at Rolling Thunder. Rolling Thunder is a motorcycle rally held annually on Memorial Day weekend in Washington DC. It is a festival to honor the Vietnam Veterans. The number of participants in in the tens of thousands. Unfortunately 2019 was the last year of the festival.
