Roots
Mira Koley, the 65 years old woman, cleaning harvested Taro roots for selling in the market in a rural area of Amta in Howrah, India. She is a hard-working woman who works as a part-time cook and farming Taro is her main source of income. She is an independent woman. Her husband died long ago leaving her children but she took care of them. With her dedication towards family now her children are well settled in life. But she didn't stop and still standing tall like a tree embracing her roots in the family.
