After dropping my friends off for the Flying Pirate Half Marathon in the Outer Banks of North Carolina, I picked up some Duck Donuts and then headed back to our beach front rental. I walked out to the beach to enjoy some quiet time alone while my friends ran the race, took my iPhone out to snap a photo of the beautiful sunrise, and of course it was in selfie mode. Noticing the awesome reflection off my sunglasses I decided to capture the sunrise indirectly instead. Also captured in the reflection were the only others on the beach, a couple doing sprints by the ocean's edge.
