Roseate Spoonbills

As a birder and wildlife photographer I have personal unspoken goals of photos that I want to take. Every time I had run across Roseate Spoonbills, they were always in the distance...never close up. So, this had become my nemesis bird. Whenever I heard I report of their location, I’d run to see them, only to find I I had missed them...again. Finally, I struck gold and found them, almost too close for my camera lens. So I used my iPhone to get all the birds in the shot.
