rufous phase eastern screech owl in yard NJ
this owl comes back to the same tree hollow every year for fall and winter and leaves in March...perfectly camouflaged,,,,suns in daytime other birds and squirrels scream at him but he doesn't budge. Blue jays hate him most and they actually go into the hole sometimes ,,,maybe he;s sleeping then???
