Rush Hour

Capturing the Pink Salmon schooling in a canyon, before the swim upstream to spawn. Every year in mid summer salmon swim up the rivers from the oceans to spawn, creating for a fantastic wildlife event, with bears, all sorts of birds coming together in the streams. Campbell river is known for one of the largest runs in British Columbia. People walk the river trails to view the salmon, and I submerge myself underwater to view them up close with my camera.
