This photo was taken during Thaipusam holiday in Batu Caves, Malaysia. This man set there for awhile after a long walk to the caves to pray. It was really hot day and thousands of people from Tamil community came there to sacrifice and pray for the Gods. The man on photo sacrificed his body. His Kavadi (the metal construction on him) made of metal and many metal rods was pierced to his body.
