Clarkston Community Health Center, founded in May 2013, is a non-profit clinic that provides a patient-centered medical home for low-income residents of the City of Clarkston and surrounding communities. CCHC was c0-founded by Mr. Saeed Raees. The clinic has refugee patients, recent arrivals to the US, as well as native Georgians.
