Saguaro starting to bloom.
Spring arrives in the desert. For almost 51 weeks, this saguaro is barren. Then for almost one week, this two foot tall plant can produce almost two dozen flowers, completely covering the plant. The flowers can be four to six inches in length, which makes them appear to be giants on this plant.
