The plant life and algae at the river bottom with the reflection of the clouds on water made a surreal painting like impression: like one of those of Salvador Dali's paintings featuring huge eyes or from a frame of the dream sequence from Alfred Hitchcock's Spellbound, which was conceptualized by Dali. The lone fisherman who walked through the shallow river to near the tiny island added a special element to the picture. I wanted to keep the reflection of him with clear river water with reflection of clouds and inner plant life visible at the top of the frame.
